123D Whats the Catch?

I have been using AutoCad for over 20 years and after trying it out I gotta say this is truly a piece of crap. I read the unfavorable reviews and thought Autodesk wouldnt put out a bad product...Wrong. Just like everyone indicated it freezes up on "transmitting images". Help on this subject is nowhere to be found.
